How much is pickup and delivery?
Pickup and delivery is $2.00 per pound with a 15 lb ($30) minimum. Separate driver fees apply and tips are optional. We cover $2 of the transportation cost each way. New customers get $10 off their first order of $30 or more with code DELIVERY at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
We pick up and deliver in Revere, Winthrop, Chelsea, East Boston, Everett and nearby areas. Enter your address when you schedule a pickup to see availability and your delivery fee. The delivery fee is set by our on-demand delivery partners and can vary with distance.
Will my laundry be mixed with other customers' clothes?
Never. Every order is washed separately with premium detergents.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and major credit cards. For self-service you can load a laundry card with cash, credit or debit, or pay from your phone with the LaundryCat app. We do not accept quarters.
