Common questions
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and major credit cards. For self-service you can load a laundry card with cash, credit or debit, or pay from your phone with the LaundryCat app. We do not accept quarters.
How do I use the LaundryCat app?
Download the LaundryCat app on iPhone or Android, activate your account and add funds. Then bring your phone near the reader to pay for a machine cycle. The app uses NFC. On an iPhone, use the top of the phone near the reader. On Android, use the middle.
How do I check my laundry card balance?
Use the Check Card Balance link on our Self-Service page or in the footer of any page on this website.
Do you have large machines for comforters and rugs?
Yes. We have four washer sizes, including large-capacity washers and dryers for comforters, blankets and rugs.
Do you charge extra for hot water?
No. Choose the water temperature you want for one price. We use more water and hotter water than most laundromats for a better clean.
Are your dryers free?
No. Free-dry laundromats raise washer prices to cover drying. We keep washer prices lower and let you choose your own drying time, which usually costs less overall.
Do you sell laundry supplies?
Yes: detergent, fabric softener, bleach, dryer sheets and durable nylon laundry bags, all at fair prices.
What amenities do you have for customers?
